Jobs available at ODIN Engineering:
Project manager (DK job posting)
At ODIN Engineering, all our employees are important assets
ODIN’s staff consists of talented engineers, constructors, technicians, welders, mechanics, electricians, machinists, purchasers, office assistants and more. Our employees are creative, flexible and adaptable. This enables us to act quickly on the highly diverse projects, solutions and service tasks that our customers request.
Our working days are never the same, and our employees are often included in the projects from start to finish in close cooperation and dialogue with our customers. We have close relationships with our customers, and it is important to us that our employees gain real insight into their organisations, products and needs in the course of the projects. This enables the individual employee to continuously acquire the necessary competences to meet the customers’ needs and the market requirements.
We all start as craftsmen when as children we bring home drawings, ashtrays and clay figures.
Mads S. Rasmussen, CEO
As a workplace, we are characterised by a high degree of professionalism and dedication. We have a good working environment in which we respect each other’s skills and focus on good collaboration across all our areas of expertise. Our wide range of seniorities and ages means that we can challenge each other with both new thinking and experience. In addition, our active staff association plans regular activities where we can meet as colleagues in more informal settings.
Apprentices and engineering students
ODIN Engineering employs apprentice metalworkers as well as apprentice industrial and automation technicians. We work closely with vocational schools, focusing particularly on courses training skilled workers, and we are happy to receive visits from educational institutions and schools. We also participate in various networks, trade fairs and educational festivals – such as our local education and careers festival in Slagelse – in order to promote focus on vocational training.
At ODIN, you’re given responsibilities but also recognition for what you do. You’re challenged in a way that gives you a really good understanding of the work and makes you constantly improve.
Philip Torndyb Nordkvist, apprentice metalworker
ODIN also has a long tradition of employing trainee engineering students. We do so to support the training programmes and give the students the best possible conditions in their studies. It also makes us more knowledgeable about what is happening in the world of engineering studies. Therefore, we expect our trainees to challenge us when we work together on the projects, and to challenge our way of thinking. It is particularly important for us that our engineering students take part in the day-to-day work on an equal footing with all our other employees.
ODIN Engineering is always looking for new talents
At ODIN Engineering, we are always on the lookout for talented people who are curious, solution-oriented and can ‘think outside the box’.
You are very welcome to send us an email with a description of yourself and a CV. When you send an application to ODIN Engineering, you give your consent to allow us to keep your application and any associated documentation for up to six months.
